Todd Molbeck - Chief Executive Officer
- Todd Molbeck is the Chief Executive Officer of Transcendent LLC. Prior to joining Transcendent, Mr. Molbeck was the Managing Director, CIO/CTO of Artisan Partners Limited Partnership where he was responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing technology initiatives within the organization.
  
  Mr. Molbeck has over 25 years of experience of increasingly challenging responsibilities in the information technology arena. Beginning his career as a Developer at General Electric Medical Systems, Mr. Molbeck received numerous Management Awards for his leadership on successfully designing and implementing domestic and global systems.
  
  Since leaving GE as a Global Project Manager, Mr. Molbeck has continued to demonstrate his business acumen as well as his technology vision by building two IT organizations from scratch. Other accomplishments include implementing one of the first Oracle GUI ERP solutions at a mid-size manufacturing company and responsibility for the IT Strategy and Planning for Mercury Marine, a fortune 500 company.
  
  Mr. Molbeck continues to help companies develop business/technology alignment plans to successfully support business goals and initiatives using his strong background in business, technology, and process development.
  
  Mr. Molbeck holds a BS from University of Wisconsin – Parkside in Management Information Systems and an MBA from prestigious Northwestern University’s – Kellogg School of Management.
Todd Youngbauer - Chief Technology Officer
- Todd Youngbauer, Chief Technology Officer for Transcendent LLC, is responsible for managing partner relationships, researching new industry trends and emerging technologies, and aligning technology vision with business strategy by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologies.
  
  Prior to co-founding Transcendent, Mr. Youngbauer was the Manager of Technical Services at Artisan Partners Limited Partnership. Mr. Youngbauer initiated IT growth by expanding the Infrastructure to support the business, leveraging new technologies such as design and implementation of the enterprise Storage Area Network, Voice over IP, and a new state-of-the-art building and Data Center.
  
  Mr. Youngbauer has a track record of success with Fortune 1000 companies in industries like finance, healthcare and manufacturing. His significant skills and expertise include such areas as data center management, infrastructure, strategic technology planning, execution, and policy development.
Joe Makowski - Chief Software Architect
- Joe Makowski, Chief Software Architect for Transcendent LLC, is responsible for managing partner relationships, strategically designing and implementing information systems and networked software architectures that support core organizational functions, and ensuring that proposed and existing system architectures are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  
  Prior to co-founding Transcendent, Mr. Makowski was the Manager of Software Development at Artisan Partners Limited Partnership. While at Artisan, Mr. Makowski provided technical leadership across the organization, from strategic decision making down to the project planning level and development expertise.
  
  Mr. Makowski has a proven track record using his communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide his development teams on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems.
  
  Mr. Makowski holds a BS from University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh in Computer Science and is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and Database Administrator.
